About Wallowa County: People, Places, Images is a collection of articles and illustrations from the remote northeastern corner of Oregon.
Over seventy contributors, each of whom has a strong connection to Wallowa County wrote or illustrated whet they know best to create an A-to-Z kaleidoscopic perspective on the Wallowa Valley. Topics range from history and anthropology to local geology and architecture, family portraits, politics, and literature.
Funding for production of the book was provided by the Eastern Oregon Arts Commission, with support from the Collins Foundation, and the Braemar Charitable Trust.
Sadly, it is now out of print.
